My recent stay at Los Rosales surpassed all expectations, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The receptionist's warmth and assistance not only made our stay easier but also led us to extend our visit-an uncommon decision for us. The value for money was exceptional, with spacious and comfortable rooms that boasted impressive shower pressure and the option for very warm water-an indulgence not often found in hotels. The communal kitchen area, equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge, added a personal and practical touch, allowing guests to feel at home. The attention to detail extended to the common living spaces, where the convenience of a microwave, fridge, and tableware made our stay even more comfortable. The staff's thoughtfulness was evident in the complimentary chocolate treats left in the room, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Los Rosales impressed me with its immaculate cleanliness, modern amenities, and above all, its genuine warmth and hospitality.
